Hot damn! Bronchitis!
Had a Questionable Symptom pop up on Monday, and by coincidence there was an open appointment with my doctor on Tuesday. The symptoms started progressing to Definitely In My Lungs by the time I was sitting in the lab waiting room. So I got a throat swab to check for strep (no), and a blood test to rule out tuberculosis (slim chance, but we don't fool around with one instance of slightly bloody mucus especially given that Belovedest has small children in and out of the workplace).
So I have my symptoms being taken seriously, a Z-Pak (generic and delivered in two bottles out of pharmacy leftovers, which oddly delights me), and a cat sitting on me.
I have also brewed up a small vat of Respiratory Tea. Cardamom and pepper were a good idea, star anise was neutral, and lemon powder was Bad. At least in that amount.
I haven't been keeping up with anything, but I did finish Onyx Storm and I think Zonohedron summed it up well in saying that the last chapter feels similar to the beginning of Harrow the Ninth in the Asdfagghhhhhhhhhh WHAT of it all.

cardamom and pepper sounds comforting and breath soothing. I'm surprised the lemon powder didn't work but that is a lot of flavours.
