My first thought when I tried it in London for the first time was that it tasted exactly like liquid pixy sticks. Since I like those, that wasn't a problem. I haven't had one in quite a while as I'm addicted to low-carb Monster as my energy drink of choice, but the last time I had one, it still resembled liquid pixy sticks more than anything else. Or at least some Wonka candy of some type.
