I'm trying to figure out if I know you from DeVry. My name is Jessica Bennett, accounting major, anime club, travel club, drama, blah blah blah. Trying to get in touch with old friends.

If you don't mind my asking, when did the Gay Student Union start up at DeVry? I am officially impressed with whoever started that.

I doubt it -- I passed through the anime club a few times, but I was never in regular attendance. I was first BIS and then CIS, and was most often seen in the immediate company of one of the scrawny little CIS geekboys, usually with gaming books.

Were you in the travel club with or without Shrimpy Flores?

Can't remember offhand when the GSU started, perhaps two years ago? It's currently on hiatus. A bloke named Jack Harrison started it. There doesn't seem to be much interest in an actual GSU; I suspect an e-mail list would go over much better.
