On the one hand, I wish I'd known about it so I could've gone. (I was aware of the existence of FOGcon, but hadn't kept track of where/when.) On the other, I'm swamped with catchup work, and recently did Pantheacon and Escapade two weekends apart, and I don't think I could've coped with stacking a third on top of those.

But I do want to go to FOGcon next year, because it sounds awesome, and I could *travel* instead of dealing with a hotel room and packing clothes and all that hassle. (I mean geeze. BART does go to Walnut Creek, and it doesn't go to almost any of the other conventions I want to attend.)
